With over 20 years experience in sales and marketing of industrial consumables, CK plunged into facilitation guided by Dr DVR Seshadri, Professor at ISB Hyderabad.

He started by teaching managerial communication and advanced presentation skills and acing the elevator pitch.

After his exposure to Harvard Law School and Dr Robert Cialdini, CK started focusing on Negotiation Skills and Influencing without Authority. Sensing every corportae’s need to stay updated, he offers CHANGE- Do We Have a CHOICE, inspired by Prof John Kotter’s Eight Step, ACCELERATE model.

In CK’s sessions, value is created by sound concepts punctuated with experiential activities, contemporary anecdotes, relevant humor based on a strong foundation of experience.
